At Foreva Flooring, your security and convenience come first. All online payments are processed through Stripe, a trusted and secure platform that protects your personal and payment information.

🚚 Shipping & Dispatch

We work hard to ensure a reliable delivery experience for every customer.

  • Dispatch time: Orders typically ship within 24–48 hours once payment has cleared (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • Courier service: We use trusted express couriers, and all parcels are insured against loss or damage during transit.
  • Tracking: You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.

Shipping costs are based on the total weight of your order including packaging.

Prefer to collect your order in person? Absolutely.

  • Click & Collect is free of charge
  • Available from our Rotherham location at:

  • We’ll contact you when your order is ready and arrange a convenient pick-up time.

🔁 Returns & Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery:

  • Photos if possible

We’ll respond with return instructions and arrange for a replacement or refund where appropriate.

💰 Refunds

Refunds are issued in the following situations:

  • Order cancellations made before dispatch
  • Orders placed by mistake
  • Orders we are unable to fulfil

Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.

🔄 Exchanges

We only offer exchanges if:

  • An incorrect item was sent
  • The product arrives faulty

We are unable to accept exchanges for change-of-mind purchases once goods have been cut, fitted, or used.
